Support Centre has been developed to take advantage of all the good aspects of SQL client server architecture and by use of our Service Based Third Tier avoid the common pitfalls.
Only in use data that has been modified by other users is ever sent to the clients thus ensuring low network usage and much improved server and desktop performance. Not only does our third tier prevent unwanted network traffic but the Service also produces compressed result sets to return commonly requested information to the clients, again only if the information has changed.
Support Centre has been designed with good Wide Area Network performance as a fundamental principle.
