Links Facility

The Links facility is designed to allow any record in any table to be linked to up to five external files or folders.

These files or folders can literally be any resource.  For example a call can have links to a document with additional information, a website and an email from the customer.

Shown below is a snapshot of a Group record with links to a document,  a spreadsheet and a web page, the link buttons appear in the top right of the screen.  Links are then accessed by simply clicking on the required link button.
