The Support Centre Knowledge Base employs a flexible knowledge management philosophy. It allows both the creation of a specific knowledge base tree with links to any resources that are of use to problem solvers and full flexible searching of all previous calls in your Support Centre. This allows for very powerful knowledge management which is totally configurable to best suit your exact requirements.
Below is a screenshot of Knowledge Base showing a link to a web page but as with all linking within Support Centre the link could be any required resource • Files • Folders • Web resources • Executables • Anything you need.
Support Centre also provides the technology to host an online Knowledge Base to be accessed via the web interface. This is a distinct data store separate from your knowledge base intended for use by your customers. The web interface has a fuzzy logic search engine built in to allow this online knowledge base to be queried from web users.
